Flamewarden — Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Flamewarden account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app.

How to delete your account and data:

1. Open the Flamewarden app 2. Go to Settings 3. Select "Delete Account" (or "Delete My Data") 4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What gets deleted:

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account and login credentials
• All morning and evening check-in responses
• All Pulse Check (BAT) assessment results
• All exercise responses and completions
• Your notification preferences and profile information

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to access the app to delete your account (for example, if you no longer have the app installed), you can request deletion by emailing:

flamewarden25@gmail.com

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process manual deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
